Common questions
How do I pay for a course?
By Telebirr or bank transfer. Right after you enroll, the payment page shows the account details — send the transfer, upload your receipt (or enter the transaction number), and the training desk confirms it. Your course unlocks the moment it's approved.
Are the certificates real and verifiable?
Yes. Every completed path issues a PDF certificate with its own serial number and badge code. A certificate can also be revoked if it was ever earned in error — which is exactly what keeps holding one meaningful.
What languages can I learn in?
English, Amharic, Afaan Oromoo, and Tigrinya — course content, quizzes, and your account itself.
I already know the basics. Do I have to sit through them again?
No. Career and specialization paths include an optional placement quiz — score high enough and you're placed straight into a later course. It's never graded and never blocks your certificate.
How does the master level work?
Level 6 closes with a human-graded practical assessment — a real diagnostic case reviewed by a person, not a script. You get written feedback, and a revision round if it's not a pass yet.
Can I enroll my whole garage team?
Yes. A garage owner can enroll staff directly (the owner pays, not the staff member) and track the whole team's progress and certificates from one dashboard.
